Wahinc to Resume Running The Union Company’s inter-island express service steamer Wahine is to resume he r running, leaving Wellington on Saturday, August 14, for Lyttelton in place of the Maori. The Maori on her arrival at Wellington on that day will withdraw and lay up here and Hie service from then bn will be maintained by the Rangatira and Wahine. The Wahine withdrew from service on July 11 for an extensive overhaul and survey. She came out of dock yesterday, and after adjusting compasses berthed at the Ferry Wharf, where she will complete her overhaul.
