Nine houses are to be built in the weatherboard type, eight will be plaster buildings, and nine will be constructed in brick. The sections on which the houses are to stand will each have a depth of 132 feet, and the widths facing on to Akina Street vary from 45 feet, to 58 feet. The houses will vary in width from 27 feet to 33 feet. No fixed alignment is observed, and the houses will be placed at depths from the frontages of the sections varying from 30 to 45 feet.
