DAMAGES OF £1500
Car Driver Negligent By Telegraph—Press Association. Christchurch, August 4. General damages of £l5OO were awarded by the jury in the Supreme Court to-day to John Victor Jacobson for injuries ho received in a collision between his car and another at the' corner of Worcester Street and Oxford Terrace. Defendant was Malcolm Ward Beaven, to whose negligence the jury found the accident had been due.
