“NUDITY GOWNS”
Winter Fashion Decree
London, August 2. The Paris correspondent of the “Daily Herald” states that “nudity gowns, with a flesh-coloured under-dress beneath lace, are decreed by the fashion kings for next evening wear. Tall, slender women will rejoice in wearing close-fitting mermaid gowns with fish-tail trains, while the plump will take refuge in the directoire style, emphasising the short woman’s good pointe and concealing her defects.
