Further £lOO,OOO Loan at Dunedin By Telegraph—Press Association. Dunedin, August 3. A further loan of £lOO,OOO for municipal housing was authorised by the city council last evening, following a loan of a similar sum in May. It -was claimed by Cr. Silverstone that the council had given owners the most liberal terms in New Zealand, and that the municipality- could not suffer loss. Some councillors suggested a pause until the success of the Government’s local housing scheme, was demonstrated. ,
