BOGUS TEST TICKETS
Forgeries Reported to be in Circulation Suspicions that there may be bogus tickets selling in the city for the Test match between New Zealand and the Springboks were confirmed on Monday when an official of the Wellington Rugby Union was approached by a man whose ticket, compared with several in the office, was shown to be a forgery. Whether or not the official was approached with the motive of discovering If the ticket could be distinguished from the real ones is not known, but the matter has been reported to the police. Other bogus tickets are reported to be circulating in Wellington. 1921 WELLINGTON TEAM To be Guests of Honour on Saturday The management committee of the Wellington Rugby Union last night decided to invite the surviving members of the Wellington representative team which played against the Springboks at Athletic Park in 1921 to be the guests of the union at the match between the 1937 Springboks and Wellington at Athletic Park on Saturday. The Wellington team. which was beaten by the Springboks in 1921 by 8 points to 3, was as follows: —S. K. Siddells; G G. Aitken M. F. Nicholls. E. Ryan, E. Roberts, H. E. Nicholls. P. Markham. J. Price, E. King, E. E. Hughes. A. Parker. S. Stauden, J. A. Bruce, S. Shearer, and J. E. Moffitt. E. E. Hughes, who played for both Southland and Wellington, died some years ago.

R. Garrett haft joined the Canterbury Rugby team touring in the North Island. W G. Brooks broke a rib in the Wanganui match on Saturday, and has returned to Christchurch.
