.The hard of hearing frequently lead lives of soul-shaking _ lonelines, but leagues and organisations all over the world are now doing much to bring new hope and cheer, giving encouragement, social amenities, instruction in lip-reading and advice. To-night from station 2YA at 7.40 listeners will hear of many league activities, told by a woman who" has almost unique knowledge of her subject.
