Meeting Dominion Special Service Levin, July 21). The annual point-to-point steeplechase meeting of the Horowhenua branch of the Manawatu Hunt Club will be held on the Levin racecourse on Saturday. A full programme of six events has been compiled, and entries in each are up t the usual good standard. Maiden Hunters’ Trial (2.30 pm.). Open to all qualified hunters. season 1937. to be ridden by women members of anv affiliated hunt; limit'd to horses that have not won a first prize at an A. and P. Show.—Hakamana, Paddy’s Lad, Blazeaway, The Joker, Grackle, Pipi. Open Highweight Point-to-point Steeplechase (3 p.m.) ; minimum weight 12st.: open to all qualified hunters, Reason 1937. —Tally Ho, Sabatini. Paddy’s Lad, Otaura King, Gentleman Jim, Tambo. Zip.
