Described as a nurse, a girl of lOi years appeared before Mr. . 1 1 . Stilwell. S.M., in the Magistrate Court, Wellington, yesterday, charged with being idle and disorderly in that she had insufficient means of support. Detective-Ser-geant P. Doyle said she admitted frankly that for the last three month?,' she hud done no work. She had been associating with men of criminal repute. The magistrate placed the girl on probation for .12 months and ordered her to return to her home in the country and not to return to Wellington. Iler name was suppressed.
