» N.S.W. Miners’ Dispute t (Received July 29, 12.45 a.m.) Sydney, July 28. The coal miners’ executive to-night decided to summon ou Tuesday a conference of delegates from all collieries to meet the members of the • federal council of the Miners’ Federation in Sydney and determine whether work should cease. The consensus of opinion is that a general strike is inevitable. The miners’ jepresentatives hint that in that event they will not hesitate to extend the hold-up to other States and completely paralyse industry.
