WARM WELCOME
Mr. Semple Visits Home Town Sydney, July 23. Residents of the old gold-mining town of Sofala yesterday accorded Mr. R. Semple, New Zealand Minister of Public Works, an enthusiastic reception when he returned with his wife to the district where he was born. A civic reception was given by the Turon Shire Council, and Mr. Semple was also entertained by local residents.
