Drab Wellington
Sir.—This capital city of ours is the drabbest, grubbiest centre in our fair land. I would suggest that the Government issue a ration of paint to all.houscholders on the understanding that if it « not used within a reasonable time the appelation ‘‘Capital” he handed over.to some place which looks les? like a mining town.—l am, etc., Wellington, July 18.
