TO amend Section eight of The ' Church of England Trusts Act 1913 by adding a proviso to the following effect viz.:— "Provided further that notwithstanding anything hereinbefore contained any authority required to be given by such Diocesan Synod to any sale, exchange or mortgage may be given by such Diocesan Synod itself or if the Diocesan Synod be not iu Session by the Standing Committee of such Diocese."
