RELIGIOUS SERVICES. J 0.0. F. HALL, ALLEN STREET. THE NINTH LECTURE of the series under the title of “TURNED UNTO FABLES,” will be delivered (God willing) in the above hall on SUNDAY at 7 P.M when further evidence will be produced from the Scriptures to show that the false and contradictory doctrines of the Churches of Christendom literally fultil the tolluiiing prediction of the Apostle Paul: “thf time will come when TIIFY WILL NOT ENDURE SOUND DOCTRINE. . . THEY SHALL TURN AWAY IHMR E\RS FROM THE TRUTH. AND SHALL BE TURNED UNTO FABI ES” (2 Tim- 4 =3-1. see also “ IVt 2 :1-2- Luke 18:8. Isa. 60:2. “ Isa. 25:7, Jer. 16:19, etc.) The subject will be : “FABLES ABOUT THE KINGDOM OF GOD” (a) That the Kingdom of God is a Kingdom beyond the skies —a Fable. , T .. (b) That "the Church is the Kingdom of G od—a I able. , . (c) That "the Kingdom ot God is the- acknowledged sovereignty of God in loyal hearts”- —a Fable. (d) That the British Empire is the Kingdom of God (the BritishIsrael theory)—a Fable. IN CONTRAST to these current “fables ” it will be shown from the Scriptures THE KINGDOM OF GOD is a Kingdom absolutely non-existent at the present time, but to be literally set up on earth by Jesus Christ at His (now imminent) personal return -that the establishment of this Kingdom will involve the downfall and complete destruction of every existing'Kingdom on earth (including Britain), and all forms of human authority, political and ecclesiastical, for the Kingdom to be set up on earth by Jesus Christ, will indeed be a Kingdom OF GOD, having a GOD-appointed King, a GOD-appointed throne, GOD-appointed rulers, a GOD-appointed capital, GODappointed laws, and one universal GODappointed religion, the establishment of this Kingdom fulfilling God’s positive declaration “AS TRULY AS I LIVE ALL THE EARTH SHALL BE FILLED WITH THE GLORY OF THE LORD.” (Numbs. 14:21). For evidence in support of the foregoing, see 2 Tim. 4:1, Acts 1:11, Acte 3:1921, Matt. 6:10, Rev. 11:15. Dan. 2:44, Hag. 2:22, Acts 17 :31, Zech. 14:9, Phil. 2:9-11, Dan. 7:13-14, Isa. 9:6, Luke 1:31-33, Jer. 3:17, Isa. 24:23, Matt. 19:28, Rev. 20:6, Rev. 5:9-10, Rev. 2:26, Isa. 2:2-4, Zech. 14:16-17, Zech.
