The tiower-girl wore a long frock of sky blue taffeta, frilled at the hem with a pink velvet sash, and wreath of pink roses on her head, and carried a posy of pink-toned flowers. Mr. Alex McArthur was the best K man. ft A reception was held at the home of the bride’s parents, only close relatives I being present. Mrs. Simpson wore a I black and white figured silk crepe frock with black velvet hat, and spray of freesias and violets on her black fur coat Mrs. Vautier wore a black velvet hat and furs with her black ensemble, and also a spray of carnations. Mr. and Mrs. J. R. Vautier left later by aeroplane for Blenheim and Nelson, -where they will make their home. The bride travelled in a black wool crepe frock over which was worn a black astrakhan russian coat, with hat and accessories to match, relieved by a white flower and pearls.
