Hawke’s Bay Meeting To-day FIELDS AND PROSPECTS

Good fields are engaged for the annual race meeting of the Hawkes Bay Hunt Club, to be held at Hastings to-day. According to latest report; the going should be in good order. Betting will be on the single pool (75-25) system. The following horses may be supported in their engagements : — Otane Hurdles: Iddo and Top Hat. Okawa Maiden: Thala and Triplex. Hunt Club Steeples: Miss Pango and The Ranger. Riversiea Hack: Trailer and Umpire. Sontra Hunter’s Flat: Clectrac and Laughing Lad. Waitangi Hack: Marsyas and Buster. Brown.
