CORONATION SHOW
“Cappicade” Select ions Amusing selections from “Cappicade,” the Victoria College extravaganza, brightened the programme at the Coronation Show in Wellington last night. The mannequin parade was again popular. To-night there will be a display of dancing in the stadium, as well as the “Cappieade” show. To-morrow is the first day of the Wellington horse show, and there are many entriese for the maiden hunters’ and maiden jumping competitions, and the trotters, pony jumping, and working draughts sections. Eighteen competitors have entered for the Coronation Cup, which is for the best jumper, hunter style, and the same number tire competing in the ladies’ maiden jumping contest.
