Butter and Cheese Judged CHAMPIONSHIP AWARDS By Telegraph—Press Association. Hamilton, Muy 10. Butter and cheese exhibits in the Waikato Show this year reached a very high standard, especially the exhibits selected at random from the Government grading stores, comment the judges. Although the exhibits were held in cool stores for several months before judging, they opened up in a remarkably fresh condition, There was a record entry of cheese in clean and attractive condition, and it was pleasing to note that mechanical openness was less noticeable. Slitty texture, however, was in evidence to some extent. The results were as follows: — ■ Butler.
