Widnes Defeats Keighley London, May S. Fifty-three thousand people attended at Wembley Stadium to see the Rugby League Cup final, in which Widnes defeated Keighley, by IS points to 5. Tlie crowd was a record one for a Rugby League final. Widnes comprised all local players, and Keighley included eight Welshmen. McCue was the most brilliant player for the winners, who won by three goals and four tries, to one goal and one try.
