Mrs. Leo Horrocks, Auckland, who has spent a holiday in New Plymouth, is now visiting Wellington. Miss Gladys Bennetts, Lyttelton, who has been the guest of her sister-in-law. Mrs. D. Bennetts, Devonport. Auckland, has arrived at Wellington and will spend a few days here before proceeding home. Mr. and Mrs. J. J. MeCaskey, “Gowan Brae,” Marlborough, arrived in Wellington by aeroplane on Saturday to attend the wedding of their son, Mr. Cyril MeCaskey, to Miss Una James, which will take place tomorrow. Returned Home Mr. and Mrs. P. Higginbottom, Wanganui, have returned from a motor tour of the South Island. On Holiday Mrs. and Miss Beale, Wellington, are visiting the Waikato, en route to Auckland. Mrs. R. J. Gillies, Ngaio, is the guest of Mrs. T. .Toll, Auckland, after having visited friends in Hamilton and Te Aw.amutu. Mr. and Mrs. David Stark, Wellington, are staying at Warwick House, Christchurch. Mrs. Arthur Seed, Khajwlallah, Is visiting Tauranga, and is the guest of Mrs. T. D. Ward. Mrs. Cecil Quane, Karori, has left Wellington on a motor tour to Napier, convalescing after her illness. Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Todd, Tinakori Road, are spending about a fortnight at the United Service Hotel, Christchurch. Going Abroad Mrs. W. H. Bickley, Kelburn, has left for a trip to England. Mrs. J. G. Skinner, Wajwera, Little River, Canterbury, who has been slaying with her sister, Mrs. T. F. Latham, Wanganui, will leave Wellington on Thursday by the Wanganella for Sydney, where she will join the Changte for a trip to the East.
