GARDINER.—On May 6, 1937, at the Wanganui Hospital, Robert Charles, dearly beloved husband of Elizabeth Ann Gardiner, of Leedstown, Marton; aged 59 years. GUTHRIE-SMITH—On Friday, April 30. 1937, at Masterton, Glovina Diana,' beloved wife of J. R. D. Guthrie-Smith, Homebush, Masterton. HAMMOND—On May 3, 1937, at New Plymouth, Dora Whiro, beloved third daughter of the late Mr. T. G. Hammond and Mrs. Hammond. HARRIS.—On May 5, 1937, at the residence of her niece, Mrs. F. O. Rule, No. 68 Heads Road, Gonville, Wanganui, Catherine, dearly-beloved and devoted wife of John James Harris, of 74 Jellicoe Street, Wanganui East. Passed peacefully away after great suffering.
