LATE MR. F. W. OAKLEY
There was a large attendance at the funeral of Mr. F. W. Oakley, formerly chief messengek at Parliament Buildings, yesterday. Messengers from ParliamentBuildings were pall-bearers, and many messengers from the legislative department were also present. The services at the mortuary chapel and at the graveside, Karori, were conducted by the Rev. C. R. Kreeft, Anglican vicar of Eastbourne.
