EXCURSION TO PICTON
By Tamtthine on Saturday On Saturday the Tamahine will make a special excursion to Picton to enable racegoers in the Wellington district to visit the Marlborough Racing Club’s meeting at Blenheim. Leaving Wellington at 7 a.m. the vessel will arrive at Picton at about 10.15 a.m.. a special train taking passengers on to Blenheim. The train will leave Blenheim immediately after the meeting and arrive back at Picton before the Tamahine leaves at 7 p.m. for 'Wellington, where she is due to arrive shortly after 10 p.m. For the convienicncc of residents of the Hutt Valley a bus will leave the V.I.C. at 6.5 a.m.. the Tower Huff Town Hall nt 6.10 a m., and Pctonc Post Office at 6.20 a.m,
