Deckhands Involved in Dispute By Telegraph—Press Association. Dunedin, April 20. A dispute involving the deckhands, who refused to take (In? ship out of IKirt. resulted in tlie Union Steam Ship Company's intercolonial cargo vessel Karepo being held tip at Dunedin to-night. A conference between the dissatisfied members of the crew and the local agents was held during tlie evening, but details of the dispute were not made public. Until a settlement is reached or new deckhands are signed on the ship will be unable to sail.
