AGREEMENT REACHED
Guarantee of Belgian Independence London, April 19. The Paris correspondent of “The Tinies” says Britain, France, and Belgium have agreed to the text of a joint Franco-British deelaratiqp guaranteeing Belgium’s independence ami releasing her from her Locarno obligations. The agreement notes Belgium’s determination to resist foreign aggression by every possible means and reaffirms fidelity to the League Covenant.
