Due Auckland April 22 The Blue Star Line has received a wireless message from the Doric Star, en route from London, reporting that she expects ito reach Auckland next Thursday evening. She will later complete discharge at Wellington, and is now due here on May 1. The Shaw, Savill Company will act as cargo agents. AW-ATEA’S MOVEMENTS. The Union Company’s liner Awatea, from Auckland, reached Sydney yesterday morning. She was to have left there again at 5 p.m. yesterday for Wellington. The Awatea is due here next Monday morning and will leave again at 11 p.m. the same day for Auckland, thence next Wednesday on the return trip to Sydney. PEARL ISLAND LIGHTHOUSE. The Marine Department advises that work on the new lighthouse on Pearl Island, at the entrance to Port Pegasus, Stewart Island, has been completed by the Government steamer Matai. The lighthouse, which is of the automatic type, and is now working. shows a white flash of 3-ssec. every 10 seconds. ROTORUA AT LONDON. Cabled advice has been received by the New Zealand Shipping Company that its liner Rotorua reached London on Thursday. She left Wellington on March 6 for London, via the Panama Canal. NORTHUMBERLAND CLEARS MONTEVIDEO. Cabled advice has been received by the Federal Company that the Northumberland cleared Montevideo last Tuesday. She left Wellington on March 26 for London, Avonmouth, Liverpool, Manchester and Glasgow, via Cape Horn aud Montevideo. KUMARA’S DEPARTURE. The Shaw, Savill steamer Kumara is now scheduled to clear Wellington finally at daybreak to-morrow for London, via Montevideo, Santos and Rio de Janeiro. TRELYAN WITH NEWSPRINT. The steamer Trelyan left Liverpool. Nova Scotia, on April 13 with a cargo of newsprint for discharge at Auckland, New Plymouth, Wanganui, Wellington, Lyttelton and Dunedin. She is due at Auckland on May 23. REMUERA LEAVES LONDON. The New Zealand Shipping Company has received cabled advice that its liner Remuera left London on Thursday for Auckland, where she is due on May. 22. CITY OF ORAN LEAVES NEW The Federal Company has received cabled advice that the A. and A. i.i.ie steamer City of Oran left New York on April 10. and Newport News on April 12 for Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton and Dunedin. She is due at Auckland on May 11. PASSENGERS BY ORMONDE. The Orient liner Ormonde, which is due at Sydney on May 6 from London, has the following passengers for New Zealand :— Mr. Jos. Brown. Miss L.
