LOANS PAID OFF
Dunedin City Council By Telegraph—Press Association. Dunedin, April 15. At a meeting of the city sinking fund commissioners it was reported that during the past year city loaps to the extent of £lOO,OOO had been paid off, the city council contributing £45,788 and the commissioners the balance. On April 1 a further £77,000 was paid off a conversion loan maturing. A total of £289,600 had been paid since the loans were converted in 1934. The balance of conversion loan money still owing was £2,025,100.
