AUSTRALIAN NAVAL VISIT

Sporting Engagements The Australian Squadron has in its ranks a number of Rugby football players who will play several matches in Wellington. The following games have been tentatively arranged for Saturday next:— Australian Squadron fifteen v. Wellington College Old Boys’ Club team, on'Wellington College ground. Australian Squadron team v. St. Patrick’s College Old Boys at Lyall Bay. JI.M.S. Achilles fifteen v. Victoria College University team, at Lyall Bay. 11.M.5. Achilles v. Victoria College University (second fifteen). Lyall Bay. The games will commence at 3 o’clock.

A golf match between teams of officers of the Australian and New Zealand Squadrons will be played on the Wellington Golf Club's links at Heretaunga on Monday.
