TWO HUNDRED ARRESTS

By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Tokio, March 29. The correspondent of a Japanese news-agency reports the discovery of a plot to overthrow the Government of Manchtikuo. Two hundred officials and merchants have been arrested, and some of them have been executed. The Kofu Regiment, which is at present in Manchtikuo, reports the loss of 20 killed in a two days’ battle with 500 bandits. .
