Activity at Rongotai Rongotai aerodrome was a particularly busy centre yesterday, machines being used all day for training and joy-riding purposes. On Easter Saturday two members ot the Wellington Aero Club gained their “A” licences. They were Miss I'-lizubeili Reeves aud Mr. Keith Larney. The necessary tests were conducted by blight Lieutenant J. D. Denton, of the Defence Department. . , .• i There was two arrivals from outsit e districts on Easter Saturday, Air. 11. De Castro, with Mr. D. Ivory as passenger, piloting the Wairnrapa and Ruahine Aero Club’s Alotb. After refuelling they d> parted for the West Coast via Nelson. Mr 11. D. Alnrtin and Air. D. Dyett, pilot and passenger respectively, arrived from Hamilton in a Aloth machine, which has not yet returned on the northern journev. Yesterday Mr. A. Alollier arrived in the Hastings Aero Club's Aloth, and was accompanied by Mr. G. Evans. They are expected to leave Rongotai on the return trjji either tq-dny or tq-morrow
