A “Black Out” Test,— Britain’s air raid precautions underwent an official test at Bedford recently, when a “raid” was carried out by R.A.F. bombers during night hours. Experts at the Homo Office tried out a "pin-point." lighting arrangement designed to render the town invisible from above. This picture shows one of the temporary lights being placed in position.
