MEMORIES OF NEW ZEALAND

Bishop of Central Tanganyika Dominion Special Service. Auckland, March 24. “I take three memories away from New Zealand,” said the Bishop of Central Tanganyika, the Rt. Rev. G. A. Chambers, before he left Auckland for Sydney by the Awatea. “They are the beauty of the country, the great encouragement that its people have given to me in my mission and the extraordinary kindness and hospitality that my wife and I have received everywhere in the Dominion. I hope that our visit will help to bind New Zealand and Africa in bonds that will never be broken.” The Bishop and Mrs. Chambers have been visiting all the principal centres of the Dominion with the object of arousing interest in the work of the Anglican Church in the mandated territory of Tanganyika.
