KARORI HOCKEY CLUB
Annual Meeting Held There were about 70 members present at the recent annual meeting of the Karori Hockey Club, over which the president, Mr. B. G. 11. Burn, presided. The annual report, which was adopted, stated that the club’s seven teams had done fairly well and were a credit to the club. The average points gained by the club in the competitions were 18.3, compared with 20.6 gained by the leading team. The election of officers resulted: President, Mr. B. G. H. Burn: vice-presi-dents. Messrs. R. A. Wright. M.P.. T. Campbell, W. ('. Cooper, L. P. Davies. H. King, J. Jordans R. Watchman, H. Cattanach, W. G. Purves, W. Knighton, T. Adams, J. Stack, J. S. Southward, G. Adams, W. Jenkins and Dr. Meyer; club captain, Mr. I. Nimrno; honorary secretary and treasurer, Mr. P. J. Spiers; assistant honorary secretary and treasurer, Mr. M. Browne; management committee, Messrs. I. Nimrno, P. J. Spiers, M. Browne, J. 'Watchman, K. Perrin, C. Moore, W. Jenkins and R. Wood ; selection committee. Messrs. I. Nimrno. M. Browne, and K. Perrin; delegates Io ellingfon Hockey Association, Messrs. K, Perrin, W. Jenkins, M. Browne and G. Rowe; honorary auditor, Mr. R. Watchman, sen.
