Scots College Match SCHOOL BEATS OLD BOYS 1 The annual cricket match between the Scots College first eleven and a team representing old boys of the college was played on the college ground yesterday afternoon, and resulted in a win for the school by 29 runs on the first innings. The weather was ideal, and the wicket in favour of run-getting. The old boys took first strike and totalled SG. C. Watt being top-scorer with 23. Macartliur, Geddis and Virtue also reached double figures. Lamberg and MacKenzie bowled well for the school. The latter responded with 115. Wall playing a bright innings for 43. Watt. Macarthur and Bedding were the most successful bowlers for old boys. Afternoon tea was provided by wives of the old boys, parents, and Mrs. Sutcliffe (wife of the principal of the school).
