“ Liners,” A New Competition

TJERE is a new competition for star points this week. It is uot an easy otic by any means.- but give it a try:—

This Buff Orpington was nearly run

over by a car. but his run just saved him. Notice that he was drawn in one line, that is.. without lifting the pen from beginning to end. And then there was Mrs. Duck and

all the little ducklings. . . . They were made in the same way. too. Now take your pencil and try something simple to begin with. Before very long you will be able to make a surprising number of pictures. Send your best efforts to Kiwi by Wednesday, and look for them in the page ou Saturday. Make them any size you wish. If you can manage them well enough we will have a special corner for “Liners” each week.
