An attractive cold supper dish is made with tomatoes that have had the pulp removed and hard-boiled eggs from which the yolks have been scooped out. Pound pulp and yolks with chopped anchovies, and fill eggs, placing them in tomato cups with opening downwards. Strips of anchovy make a decoration.
