4 De Bono Admits Issuing Challenge to Duel Koine, March 2. General de Bono, formerly Com-mander-in-Chief in Abyssinia, does not deny that be issued a challenge to Signor Lessona, Colonial Minister, based on his resentment of Signor Lessona’s criticism of his leadership in the Abyssinian campaign. A court of honour, it was reported yesterday, decided that a dispute between Marshal de Bono and Dr. Alessandro Lessona does not warrant a duel, which is therefore forbidden.
