.Weather Outlook Doubtful

REVIEW OF THE FIELDS

Dominion Special Service. Auckland, February 26. Fine fields are carded for the opening of the Te Aroha Jockey Club's meeting to-morrow, and there should be some excellent racing. The weather has been sultry and inclined to be unsettled, and the outlook is a little doubtful. The course is in firstclass order, and unless there is rain the going will be fast. Owing to the fact that there are only 2-1 numbers on the .totalisator face at Te Aroha, and there are 25 horses in the Merries Memorial Cup, it has been found necessary to bracket the last two on the card, Gay Broney and Con Fuoco. Wildflower, who has been sore, has been scratched for the Juvenile Handicap.
