NAPIER COMPETITIONS FESTIVAL
Increased Entries Probable
Napier, February 25.
Entries for the Easter festival of the apier Competitions Society come from far afield, aud a glance at the lists shows that some are travelling considerable distances to attend. Among the addresses may be seen Auckland. Wellington, Petone, Masterton, Lower Hutt. Gisborne, Wairoa and Waipawa. To-day was closing day for the entries, and, although it is not yet possible to make an accurate comparison with last year’s figures, indications point to an increase iu number of competitors.
