Los Angeles Downpour I Received February 15, 7.40 p.m. t Los Angeles, February 15. More than 500 people evacuated suburban homes through 24 hours’ rainfall having caused creeks and drainage basins to overflow. Police officers and Red Cross officials used boats to evacuate those cut off by the water.
