Solly-Flood, C.B., C.M.G., D.S O., who commanded the 42nd (East Lancashire) Division when it fought beside the New Zealand Division in 1918, arrived at Wellington in the Tamaroa yesterday, and was met at the wharf by several New Zealand officers.
