Discussion by Australian Cabinet LITTLE PROGRESS YET By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Canberra, December 9. The Federal Cabinet yesterday gave consideration to the proposed air-inail service between Australia and New Zealand. It was stated after the adjournment that little progress can be made until the three Governments concerned, British, Australian, and New Zealand, agree to the precise form of control. The Federal Government intends to insist that the service shall be available for passengers as well as mails, and it will also insist that the personnel of the service be recruited in Australia- aud that there should be efl’ec-'. tive control in Australia.
