Wairarapa Finals Played Dominion Special Service. Featherston, November 18. The annual Wairarapa croquet tournament which has been held at Featherston during the past week, concluded to-day when some excellent games were seen in the finals. Results of the finals were: Open championship: Mrs. Anstis beat Mrs. Caldow, 26-22, 26-12. Demen's championship : Mrs. Anstis beat Mrs. Caldow, 19-26, 26-5, 26-24. Post entries: Mesdames Holland and Card beat Mrs. Pickard and Miss Nix. Results of games played yesterday were as follows: — Club pairs: Final, Mesdames Polson and Bassett beat Mesdames Barry and Card, 26-13. Handicap singles: First section final, Mrs. Anstis beat Airs. Polson, 26-17; second section final, Mrs. McAlpine beat Mrs. Jeffries, 26-15. Level singles (Eva Card Challenge Cup) : Final, Mrs. Eagan beat Mrs. McAlpine, 26-16. Open championship: Semi-final, Mrs. Caldow beat Mrs. Barry, 26-17. Handicap doubles: Final, Mesdames Barry aud Card beat Mesdames Anstis and Colquhoun, 26-24. Handicap singles: Semi-final, Mrs. Jeffries beat Mrs. Eagan, 26-5. Post entries: Mesdames Holland and Card beat Mesdames Carlyon and McKenzie; Mrs. Pickard and Miss Nix beat Mrs. Stevens and Miss Card, 26-22; Mesdames Holland and Card beat Mesdames Watson and Donald, 24-19.
