COMING-OF-AGE PARTY

Mr. and Mrs. H. S. Dudding were host and hostess at a dance'at the Masonic Hall, Lower Hutt, on Tuesday night, the occasion being the twenty-first birthday of their only son, lan, who travelled from Auckland to attend. Games and community singing were also enjoyed, Mr. G. Persson being M.C. Miss Bryant (piano) and Mr. Bryant (violin), supplied the music. The supper-tables were decorated with iceland poppies and maidenhair fern. Mr. M. Upton proposed the health of the guest of honour, after which Mr. Dudding presented his son with a large key. .
