COTTAGE IN FLAMES

Family Makes Hasty Exit By Telegraph—Press Association. Hamilton, November 18. The members of a Kiwitahi household near Morrinsville had to make a hurried exit from a cottage this morning at 4 o’clock when the building became a mass of flames. It is believed that the fire was caused by the owner using benzine instead of kerosene to light a fire. Cyril Whittaker, aged 19, received burns which necessitated his admission to hospital.
