KING SENDS WEDDING CHEQUE
When Miss C. Cooper, a former member of the domestic staff at Buck Ingham Palace was married recently to Mr. G. Baker, a young business man at St. Michael's Church, Yeovil, Somerset, the King sent a cheque as a wedding present. The romance of (lie couple began \ lien Mr. Baker visited the Palace to see his sister, who is also on the domestic staff there.
