The Tokio correspondent of “The Tinies” says that the “Asahi-Shimbun ’ reports that the army has presented to the Treasury a six-year programme for expending £361,630,000, of which half is to be used for reaarmament and the remainder for enabling the doubling of the former annual expenditure.
