MINOR ACCIDENTS

While -working on the Queen’s Wharf at about 10.30 yesterday morning Mr. J. Fra«er, a waterside worker, had the third finder of his left hand badly crushed between two cases. After reciving medical attention he was taken by the free Ambulance to his home at 14 Rosmar lerTd Mr. A. A. Sinclair, civil servant, was taken to hospital by the Free Ambulance shortly after 5.30 p.m. yesterday with a fractured left ankle and incised wound to his left leg, received when he was knocked from a motor-cycle in Barnard Street, Wadestown. Mr. Sinclair, wno fives at 10 Hobson. Crescent, is said to be progressing satisfactorily. Falling down a bank at his home, 64 Buckley Road, Melrose, a few minutes before 7 o’clock last evening, John Moran, aged 5J years, received slight concussion and a small lacerated wound on his scalp. He was taken to hospital by the Free Ambulance.
