Nicholas Saunders, aged 32, pleaded guilty iu the Police Court to-day to using premises as a common gaming-house. The police said that Saunders was fined £3O for bookmaking in July, 1935. In the Magistrate’s Court to-day George Jeffree Davis,.- aged 26, for using premises as a. common gaminghouse, was fined £2O.
