Rugby, November 10,

Mr. J. Ramsay MacDonald, who was overcome by heat at the Lord Mayor's banquet in the Guildhall last night and had to be taken from the gathering, had quite recovered this morning. In accordance with his usual custom he was out walking on Hampstead Heath before breakfast at an early hour this morning, and will attend the House of Commons later to-day.
